I’m Deborah Knight. I've led top growth teams, transitioned customer success and experience functions through change, driven international expansion, and doubled product revenues – all across more than a decade. My approach is shaped by years of leading CS (Customer Success) and CX (Customer Experience) teams through fast growth, high stakes, and new directions.

 

At Perkbox, I helped grow revenue from £5m to £28m ARR over 4 years and later supported a successful exit. At Doctify, I built and led the customer success & experience team during a period of 400% revenue growth in 2.5 years as Chief Customer Officer.
